If you are interested in GE's truck it's best you trailer it home. If you haven't done a physical inspection I highly advise you do..I did. The brakes require much more than bleeding.

2. A deuce is the most forgiving of trucks but make sure it can be insured at your age FIRST. No point in owning if you can't use it.

We can't stop you from acting how ever you choose but the effort required and problems that could arise with this truck vastly outweigh the benefits. Best of luck either way.
