Michigan is revolking titles and plates HWWMV's as well including ones sold in the 1999 sale .

They already have a 10% buyers premium and the more they raise that (even for a title) the end sale prices will go down . GP/Iron Planet has been in the auction game a long time and knows how to get top dollar .
