They also have noise arrestors on all the motors to minimize interferance with the radios. The Diff vent on the front is mounted higher. I don't know about the back and how high the vent it mounted. Pintle hitch. Blackouts. No interior overhead light.
I will take measurements when tommarow but I find myself with another m1009 and an m103 genset trailer. I hope to load the cucv in the back and hook up and tow the trailer.
I just got high bidder on an m1009 and a M103a3 trailer with generators. Would anyone in the local area be able to help me out and get them during the week so I could come down and pick them up on the weekend. Or would anyone be able to store one or the other for me until the weekend?

RE: Re: RE: Starter Relay
I got to thinking about this. I think it is the same relay used elsewhere in the truck. I think it is the same relay as the horn relay. I will take a look tommarow to confirm this. If this is the case just get a horn relay.
RE: Re: RE: Starter Relay
You can also get auto relays from Radioshack. I may have one on my junkvee for you Paul. I will check tomarrow. When I was cutting my dash for my radio I thought I had cut into wires because the starter engaged and was turning the engine over. When I stopped cutting it...

Mike,
I have a mount attached to my radio bracket that I use for my laptop but I would still like to find a project box to enclose them on top of the dashboard. Where do you get your project boxes? Also, what size box did you use? I also need one for the boost and pyro on the deuce.
Thanks...
Cancel that Paul. I was just thinking. Do you say it is the same plate as is already on the front of the left head? If it is the same, and I suspect it is, I can take one off my junkvee.
Thanks for the input. I hope to get to it in the next couple of weeks. I plan to mount mine on top of the dash board with the wires running up from the speaker hole. I also want o put in an oil pressure gauge so next to the volt meter is out of the question. I also put my backup glow plug...
I need to get off my butt and get a mechanical gauge set in my truck. Running a T for the oil pressure is no problem but I need a good place to put the temp probe for the temp gauge. Is there a good plugged port that goes into a water passage that anyone else knows about or has used? I have yet...
I get around 17.5 with city driving and around 19.5 on the highway. I get the extra knock until the cold run solenoid goes off then it smooths out. I had been driving an excursion but as soon as I got this road ready I drove it everyday. It is now my everyday vehicle.
