    Budd is a company and their nuts are Budd Nuts...If you had addressed them correctly they would have paid attention. the standard wrench with the 3/4 by 30 hardened handle and a piece of pipe will do the job every time...putting a jack stand under the wrench will hold it level while you jump on...

    They also have a fuse.. check your schematic in the manuals... Just take your meter out and hook it up to the 24 volt buss bar and you will see if it works or not.
