Only me! Funny story. The other day I walked by the wrecker project truck and realize that despite themfact it hasn't been driven, it had a blowout. LF tire blown out at the top. Being one that can't tolerate the sight of a truck with a flat, I set out to change it.
This truck already has a...
Floriduh is one of those states that did away with testing. Are there issues with pickup trucks with stacks? Before you ask, no way on God's green earth would I put stacks on a pickup.
http://www.aircompressorsdirect.com/Puma-PD1006-Air-Compressor/p13972.html FWIW I have this small 12V continuous duty compressor in my contact truck. My needs for air amount to filling and blowing off parts. All of my impacts are cordless so no real need for portable air tools. It even has...
For keeping an eye on the M105 (from a deuce anyway) you an just see the lugnuts under the bed on the drivers side. Unless I need it for cargo, I leave the end gate on the passenger side mounts all the time. It gets you a bit of visibility of the passenger side of the trailer.
Lots of good suggestions here. If you follow all of them you will need a trailer LOL. It's a little late for this but consider AAA. When I dropped out of deuces and went all CUCV, I picked up the premier membership. I get 3 100 miles tows and one 200 mile tow. That is cheap insurance to get...
Clarification, do you want more power or onboard air? M1010 setup with 2 165A Leece Neville alts gives you lots of power. Th A6 compressor used on the M1010 is also easy to convert for onboard air.
Every kitchen should have a substantial solvent tank for these foul weather tasks. 75° and sunny here today. I have a 4000 PSI pressure cleaner as well if you want to swing by!
Pics forthcoming the next time I'm home in daylight. Right now the mast is supported by a temp piece of PVC. I had to press it into servicing ce early for a cubscout event. I toiled with a way to create something small scale like the engines have. I have a 24V hydraulic pump and really...
Here are a couple of more. Led strip lights in the back and in the day pic you can see the side area light. I chose these as they are super low profile. You can also see the light tower despite it's less than half extended. Pics are out of order but you get the idea.
Lighting on mine is in it's infacy but if you can give me until Tuesday Eve, I'll post some pics. I have 2 strips of LED lighting in the bed, 2 of 4 worklights on the body and a light tower that once up and plugged in, I can control the on/off function wirelessly. There is so much left to do...
I doubt you will find that here, this is the CUCV forum.
You will find it in the parts TM for your 939 series truck though. From there use google and parttarget with the factory number to get you moving in the correct direction.
