There is a plastic donut that fits into a cup on the driver side frame rail make sure the rod from your trans is still seated in the donut there is a long spring on the rod for tension to keep it in place.
Im talking about putting tires on rims they dont belong on 395s dont belong on standard five ton rims combat wheels or HEMTT rims are fine having stock tires on split rims are fine thats what they are made for but putting tires on rims not designed for them is not a good idea. That being said...
If you are planning on doing any parades with the truck dont use the stock split rims when that ring comes off in pieces into a crowd it could get ugly with the litigation and having to live with unintentionally hurting an innocent kid or other bystander.

You have leaky O-rings if the tire itself does not have any known leaks usually you have to take the rims apart and install new O-rings been through it a couple times myself.
Its probably like was stated a fuel starvation when revving in reverse or neutral you are probably not running an extended period of time like going forward down the road which will use all the fuel in the system then it starves out pop open the air cleaner and check for obstructions or mouse...
