That's pretty cool. It's upside down though, just so you know. At least that's how it showed up on my phone. Does maintenance history show an engine swap or rebuild?
Sounds like you may have high crankcase pressure causing a leak after driving. I suppose that could effect power. I've read that fuel also should be turned down after adding a turbo to keep from wet stacking and possibly washing out rings. Have you ever turned he fuel down? I'm by no means an...
Dry Creek is in southwest Louisiana, about 30 minutes south of Fort Polk. I'm on the member map. North of Lake Charles, but south of Leesville. Oh Cattlerepairman, how long of a flatbed trailer do I need to bring the deuce home safely? Found a friend with a gooseneck flatbed, but I want to be...

You might try a tractor shop for the compression tester. Or try a diesel shop that has been around for a few decades and still has some old shop tools or older gray haired mechanics. ( no offense to the gray haired mechanics, you guys know your sh!t.)
Apparently there is no formula or code on the can, it just says " Olive Drab Green" industrial /machinery/ manufacturing. Diamond Kote. Sorry that's all the info I have. Could have sworn it had a paint code on it.
