alot of it this time of the year is winter mix diesel,

its just to keep the big stuff, "bugs, leafs, ect" from clogging the filter, it is washable, and I dont think it is you 14 mpg problem,

its the sound of the chain in the tcase and is normal

Did that I even load tested with a 10 ohn 100w resister 100% shure I have voltage getting to the switch

Vfyd 12v across the block and across all the fuseable links. And the grounds check out also

To wich fuse? To the one labled ingniton, no but if I am reading the tm corect it gets it's voltage from the switch. And the 2 red wires that I think feed the switch do have 12v at the collum.

not makeing any headway, the tm sux on this . has anyone else had this problem

nope that was the first thing I checked, I just parked it about 30 min befor I went back out to start it to go to work.

Went to start the truck to go to work today, waitlight comes on and goes out, turn the key and nothing, turned key back and tryed to start and no wait or anything, no lights, horn, turn, signals no nothing, checked all every fuse in block, none bad. Just no power, any ideas?

change the filter if you havent already done so, next check the fuel pressure to make shure the lift pump is putting out. Start with that and go from there.

just picked one up last month, you can get them for the 84 as i stated go to AutoZone.com | Vehicle Selection | Year no cutting required and they do still make them.
