Can you hear the pump cycling? If so, pull the pick up tube in the reservoir and clean the end of it. The fine screen will get plugged with dust, fuzz, etc., and prevent the flow of fluid. I've found this to be the case on more than a couple cucv's.

I don't use LMC for their seals anymore. The last seal I got from them was the front seal for the topper. It was too short, alot too short. I use Classic Industries instead.
