Wow. I usually have theses vision problems before work. These could have been mild strokes? Often I tell myself that I just can't see myself going to work that day.
OD, what cabin did you reserve? The Clinto gang and myself have been in neighboring cabins for years. Fire ring and table are...
Well, it's official. I will be able to add at least a few minutes of aerial video and some pics. I have a Phantom to use for the event. Granted it's not the super highest tech one with a gimbal but should be satisfactory for aerial photos of the field for planning and hopefully at least a...
Just being there is important. How you manage that is up to you. I've driven an MV every year from S Fla but if I couldn't, I would get there by whatever means available.
I was able to wiggle my 4'x2'x2' transfer tank in that spot. I would say a bobcat or ranger would certainly fit. The Hobart bolts to a pallet that is on slides. Keep that pallet to put your welder on.
I'd love to find someone doing this in my neighborhood. I would love to get the ambulance alt brackets and a/c brackets and such for my wrecker project. Cool project. Are you removing the entire rear box or is the shell staying?
I can't speak from hands on experience but neither are efficient to operate. The Hobart runs a gas sucking 4 cylinder Wisconsin engine and the other requires running a 6.2 V-8 diesel. A Miller Bobcat or Lincoln Ranger would be a much better option. There are a number of CUCVs with the M887...
I'll try that. Using IE and Win7 Enterprise.
Nope, didn't let me. The screen to type in came up. It allowed me to type in it. When I put the cursor over the save tab, it turned yellow but nothing happened when I clicked on it! I had to close out the thread, re-open it to complete an edit.
I often make typos that I don't catch until I post in a thread. Previously I could just click and edit the thread no problems. Now it won't let me. I have to exit out of the thread and then re-open it to be able to edit. Works OK, just extra steps that were never needed before. Was a change...
Definitely not a cucv but well worth fixing. 5th character in VIN is a V. If it were a true CUCV it would have been D. Here's what I would do here in FL. Scrap the EGR intake and put the J back on. You can use the tops off the old IP to gain 12V shutoff and fast idle solenoids. Save the...
If you were not planning any driveline changes, I would refrain from moving the axle back. Shrinking and stretching driveshafts really adds to the budget. Even with me changing all my driveline around I opted to shrink the bed by 4". I am replacing the sides so it makes shrinking the bed a...
