I think the decal is to ensure the operator uses the correct brake fluid. The corresponding number matches that of the silicon brake fluid container. Take a look.

The use of DOT3 is debatable. Silicon brake DOT 5 is the correct fluid according to the TM's.

I got lucky with him. Bought plates from him in 2010.

I never finished this thread. Any way I got plates from Saturn and MV Data's both. The decals are from Military Stencils. Still need ID plate, idle warning, and winch plates. Plus all the engine decals and plates.

Any know a source for these stickers? Military Stencils did not have them.
