That's not a stock fuel pump for sure. Best bet replace with nos. Should look the one in this video.

I took a picture of the decal specifically warning to use silicon brake fluid only. If your system is sealed then you should not really need to pickup brake fluid all the time.

I use blue RTV and a material called viton instead of cork.

If you need a quick fix plug the fuel lines to it. I think there 1/8" and a 1/4".

If brake fluid is coming out the airpack vent you have a problem. You should be able to press the brake pedal in and out, then hear air venting from the pack. I made a video on youtube if you want to listen to mine. It's M35A2 Airpack

Sounds like you had fun, I must say that is an interesting platform you have on the front of your truck.
