A 350/3500 is to small to tow a deuce , it may get it rolling but they don't have the braking ability to safely stop it . To pull it out of a lane of traffic to shoulder maybe , but to start with the plan to recover a deuce with one is a plan for failure just to save a couple dollars . You...
Where did you plan on changing the oil ?
I would about guarantee it doesn't happen on a auction lot , most lots your lucky if they let you change batteries . Many require tow out .
I don't have the numbers , but my local Carquest had one in stock . That was in 2009 so I doubt the receit is still around. They mic'ed it out and looked it up. If I can find the number I will post it .
That's a easy fix just start reading every thread in the deuce forum and you will have all the knowledge of everyone on this site in regards to deuces and it won't cost you a dime .
For commercial use it's most likely going to need a crash bar at the rear .
No more than 12 inchs in from the rear of the truck or 22 inches above the pavement and no no more than 4 inches in from the sides.
If you bought it off e-bay file a dispute before your 45 days run out and if paid by credit card contact them along with the seller.. Looks like you have a big problem on your hands
