Welcome, Have you drained the fuel filters ? This should be done regularly . Changed fuel filters ? We need a little more background on the truck , how long have you had it and what has been done to it ? Also do you have the TM's downloaded ( your going to need them ) you can down load them...

I would get the batteries up to full charge and have them tested .If they are good start tracing wires for damage and clean the grounds and connections.

Size ? If this problem has been going on for 7 months the new batteries could be toast by now.

How old are the batteries ? Are they 6TL's or something else ?

Do they drain if you unhook them for a few days ?

If you find someone to make it for you post there information for if someone in the area needs it later.
