I just bought some Synflex (yesterday)at my local Napa for the same thing. Did notice that inside diameter of the 3/8" Synflex is slightly smaller than the original. Original single wall Nylon tube I.D. is .270". The original inner sleeve O.D. is .270", and the I.D. is .240". New 3/8" Synflex...

That's what I did. Sunpro, like $17 online. Light socket is the same as the instrument lights, so just popped in a 24V bulb, and tied in to same.

The Auberins comes with very good directions, is easy to hook up, plus the same unit can be used to monitor multiple different systems, water temp, oil press. etc. You just have to get the appropriate sensor.

I would say like the F600 loaded, and the power steering is out, and the power brakes aren't so powerful. Deuce clutch isn't easy, but it's not too hard either.

Finally installed my PulseTech SolarGizer, after buying it 7 months ago. I never really could find any pictures of one installed in that "sweet spot", so to speak, nor could I find one, either. There just doesn't seem to be the perfect place for mounting things in the Deuce. It all seems to be...

Make some lifting ears out of plate steel, weld them in the low areas, attach a winching device, like a comelong, or similar, apply tension, heat depressed area with torch, more tension as required. Cut off eyes, grind smooth and refinish. Did this on my Deuce bed,, worked great. Of course...

Mine did the same thing, found the sending unit connector was not completly on, circuit was open. I only noticed it running, and thought I had great oil pressure, until I saw the same pressure with it off. M35A2

Replaced the (3) 2" coolant hoses that go to the oil cooler. Now my radiator is seaping @ the upper hose inflow tube solder joint:-x. I knew it went way too easy!

I know what you mean. I read, and reread stuff two or three times, and then it's like oh, I'm not reading that right.

I think it says wait AT LEAST A MINUTE after engine shut down before checking oil level so oil can drain back to crankcase. To me that means any time after one minute
