Mine had 7" GM rims and 235-85-16 tires.
Look for after market 8 bolt rims from a suburban or 3/4 ton pick up.
that was lifted. 8-10" wide but watch the back spacing.
Play it safe and get a couple quick links and a 3' section of 5/16 or 3/8 chain.
DO NOT chain to the receiver chain to the vehicle hitch. Safety first!
I like the crew cab, smaller tires on the trailer will lower it down some without useing

Answer to the question.
Call Stockton wheel and get a quote on custom rims that have the correct bolt pattern and run a 15" wheel. You will need 3 "one for spare".
Stockton Wheel - Products Heavy Duty - Military - Light Truck - Off Road
Sell it and get a 101A2 swap the axle out for one with matching toyota pattern
and electric brakes you will be happier and we will be safer in the end.
Expedition Trailers - Expedition Portal
Many trailer builds like you are doing.
Swap out the axle and run 8 bolt rims " need metric adapters to match the ford"
and get electric brakes on the hubs.
