It looks like you have a heater from your avatar. Make sure the heater blowre switch is off as the heater is not powered through the master. Otherwise, do as others have suggested. You have a current draw and you need to isolate it circuit by circuit.
Caveats on the CTIS being operated in cold weather.
1. The CTIS should never be used below +20 F. and the ECU should be turned off.
2. Above +20 F. the CTIS should not be used (ECU turned off) before the truck is driven a minimum of 3 - 5 miles.
3. Anytime the CTIS is not being used, the...
Pete,
The 14.5 X 20 Michelins do really great in the snow. we had several feet of snow last year and my F-150 4X4 was stranded. My A3 with the Michelins climbed right through the snow and was our only transportation the 10 miles to town for a few days. Made my wife like it better! The tires were...
Undo the bolt and tap the side of the housing with a small block of wood or hammer handle. Don't hit it so that you dent the housing. It will pop loose.

I found some D-2 Bendix at that price, but they were either re-manufactured or had the incorrect pressure ranges. However, I didn't try Truck Pro. I would have liked the $20.00 price better!
Can you see any damage on the injector itself? If you heard a 'pop', it sounds like something let go in the injector allowing gas to escape and the leak is not past the threads. Are the threads intact?
The Bendix D-2 compressor unloader seems to be a common item to fail on M35A3s with the Cat 3116 engine. I replaced mine several months ago and I've received a lot of questions from other A3 owners about replacing a failed unloader. The symptoms on my A3 was that the compressor did not...
I have never had a problem with my selector switch sticking, but what you remember, sounds like it might be reasonable. Have you tried searching on the Smokstak forum?
Welcome to Steel Soldiers! You've come to the right place for answers, but as mentioned above, you need to repost the question in the CUCV forum with a good title. However, first you should use the advanced search function and see if your question has already been asked.
