We used to clean the bowl every 168 hours, or 1 week @ 24hrs running. The paper liner is a must. One of the engineers did not place a new liner in when he cleaned one unit and had he** cleaning it the next time! Might want to get a liner...

I had to order the starter bracket for the new style gear reduction starter and also ordered the gear reduction starter at the above mentioned site as my old starter ate the armature. :sad:

For the bows, I would steam the wood and bend it to the form and let it sit for an hour, or if you want, longer. I took my bows off 3 days ago and noticed that they were springy themselves. You only need to get it close 2cents.

Pulled and folded the canvas to repair the 'windows'. Threw 600# of concrete in the bed (cleaning up grandmas carport). Ordered front axle rebuild bits and pieces...
You can use one of your old bows for a pattern. Place it over a piece of 3/4" plywood, cut three of them out, screw them together and, voila, you have your form.
After you steam your wood, place it over the form, and let it sit for a hour.

They make this setup for welding, sandblasting, hazmat work, etc.. It is important to note that the pump MUST be set up outside the work area and upwind of the work area.
