You can use a jumper cable and run 24V directly to the starter solenoid momentarily. If the starter turns, you have eliminated the starter and solenoid.

I'm not sure if the A2 already has a pressure relief valve or not. The TMs should say. If not, the one designed for the A3 should work, but you would need to change fittings.
