Are you 100% sure the front end isn't engaged? When in AWD with the wheel hard over do you feel the bucking and yanking?? Is it making any noise?

You will find many guys on here who run straight filterd WMO with no problems. I think as long as you cut it with Gasoline or Diesel every few tankfulls to keep things clean you should be good.

I used to start off in second, because it was 'convenient'. Then I blew my trans doing just that. Ever since then I have started off in 1st. After all, it is 1st. And the deuce has a low t-case, if you need to start off lower than 1st.

The fuse is located on top of the pump. (top of tank) Remove the 3 cap nuts then remove the cap.

You could always crack your bleeder screw on top of the secondaries housing and turn the switch on. If it is running at all you will get some kind of flow from it, even just a dribble. (unless your pumping cavity has fallen apart which happens)

haha, the crate is in the back of my jeep, I use it as a mobile workbench. And yeah I figured it would be appropriate to use the box top as a catchall considering what the parts are for! [thumbzup]

Got it off E-gay. But if you are lucky you can find one at a heavy truck supplier or auto performance shop. Another reason I did not want the valve on the top, I wanted it to remain operational with the top removed. :lol:
