Alright I'm scrapping out all the junk , I have a deuce cab ( no doors or anything on it )rust behind the rockers , if anyone needs this speak up I hate to scrap it if someone could use it ! I'm losing storage so it's got to go , I've got a boom truck so loading isn't a problem , let me know...
So why not get some dayton ? wheels with no centers , cut off the bead and weld it to where the bead ring goes on the stock deuce wheel and end up with as wide a rim as you want !
If you want to make it even easier feldmans ( farm store ) makes bushings for I believe a 3 point hitch that fits over a 3/4" bolt that goes snug into the 1" holes in the bumper mounts .I bought a couple to throw in my tool box ( I think they were a buck each )!
I bet someone who lives in a state that you dont need a title to title an older vehicle could make some money and a lot of friends by helping us GL victims out ( hint hint ) !
With lockouts in the front , what happens with the driveshaft on a sprag t-case ? Does it spin because it thinks the front tires are slipping or does it sit still ? Just thought about desplining some flanges but if its still going to spin the driveshaft and dif is there much savings ? Thought...
