    Overkill Customs M920 Build

We were dry for weeks and yesterday we got a little over 12" so not too bad but not VW weather. The truck does good when you want to go forward, even with the crane and the bed she is too light to stop well. When I fell myself to start to slip on the decel I reach over the hit the air switch...

that is exactly the other half of what I was thinking especially when articualtion comes into play or an uneven load. Someone who is not constantly thinking about the road conditions and there load balance can end up in a bad spot. If you put a leveling valve on each bag it would constantly...

    Deuce back axles

for the most part none of them come with lockers or any traction device, as far as something wrong I would say no, the easier way to tell is to jack up the rear axles and spin one side and see if the other one spins the opposite direction, if the other side does not spin then pull the axles and...

    Overkill Customs M920 Build

Yeah believe me that did cross my mind, when I actually dumped with a load I doubled up the chains. This setup is very temporary, I have a frame assembly with all the the hydraulics that I will build into the truck this summer that will fix all those problems. I do not want to raise the height...

    Overkill Customs M920 Build

Get a business license for dealing in trucks and or heavy equipment and fill out all of the necessary paperwork online. For the average joe who is buying to keep it is not something I would advise, you will always end up paying the tax anyways. The only time it is beneficial is if you are in...

    Canines and dueces

my dogs are ok with a hard top that is insulated well with a d turbo deuce. I drove my girls around in a whistler with no top on and it was like someone lit a fire under their seat. Would not do it again stock. You can add a small muffler to the stack and it makes it 10x better for everyone.

    Overkill Customs M920 Build

well I finally received my sf97 form and when I paid for it and filled it out I slipped to term RECREATIONAL into the vehicle type section to see if it would be an oversight to give me a leg up and.... I was wrong, they corrected it so now I will register as collector until I figure something...

you hit it on the head. I always have to be careful posting certain tid bits just for the sake of people not seeing the good intention of things. There are many things I still do not know and it has been by the graciousness of others taking the time with me to get me up to speed that has made...

    Finally - Factory 5 ton 20K hitch

don't get me wrong its a beautiful piece of equipment but from what I understand balls have a shear rating based on weight, The heaviest trailer I have ever seen with a standard ball is 16k, anything heavier than that would have a pintle hitch. What is the point of this hitch aside from the...
