Maybe they don't know the difference between criminal and civil actions. A charge back would be civil and law enforcement wouldn't be involved. Several times I've been involved with LEOs for something civil and they tell me the same thing every time.

If I had a choice between an M35A3 and an M923A2 I'd go with the latter. If you want speed in a Deuce get an A2 and put 395s on it.
Do you have a pic of your split rims?
My guess is that you have locking ring rims and are using the wrong nomenclature like the A0 to describe things. Not trying to pick on you but words mean things and using the wrong words get you the wrong answers and people like me responding like this...
