I question where you are going to get split rims and where you found an M939A0 series truck.
If you are hard set on dual wheels you have what you need right now or you could go with Titan 11.00x20 NDTs which would be better off-road.
Obviously you are not going to get 1600s or 395s or even...
I was going to say it was an idiotic idea and then I watched the video. The science and engineering are sound. On thing I didn't think of was that the runways would be banked reducing lateral forces on the gear.
Let's build one to test and see how it works.

I just spent a few hours at the National Museum of The United State Air Force yesterday and saw both birds there.
Also saw my favorites, the XB-70 and the YF-23.
Bring a cot and you can sleep in the BeefCo storage facility after Findlay until the MVPA. Don't mind the the cats, mice, possums, eastern screech owl or racoons as they don't eat that much.

I'd be more concerned of the dozer operators in the area that couldn't drag something up the hill without doing so much damage you couldn't drag it out with a rake.
