My turd runs 70-75 PSI cold idle, 30-35 PSI hot idle. At 50 MPH, it has 70 PSI. This is using 15w40 oil. You should set the hot idle at 800 RPM to prevent the headlights from shaking themselves to death and causing you to spend mucho dinero for replacement lights.
Kinda don't understand. If you have troop seats now...wood or glass, the holes will be in the same place regardless. If you are asking if glass will fit where wood is, Yes. Same dimensions and the holes will be the same unless it's from a 5 ton, then they are way off but you can drill the holes...
The cable hooks to a rod , if you will, that pulls out when the cable is pulled. Make sure the rod is pushed all the way in, if it is, remove the two screws that hold the cover for that rod on and push the little pin that's in there toward the front of the engine.
No, it's not. The turbo you got is an ST50. It did come on the early NT engines. See the oil out the back? That's what they like to do. They also like to pump oil into the intake. I think I have a manual for that turbo that shows how to rebuild it.
Last weekend, I had a front bearing in the alternator start making an ugly, intermittant squeal. I searched, but no luck on rebuilding the alternator. Does anyone offer a kit with bearings and stuff? Haven't looked in the TMs yet to see if there's a section on it. Guess I should do that, huh?
I just did the wheel and master cyls on the 105. It's been forever since I did a rebuild on any brake part. If they are in good shape, do the rebuild. It's fun!
