I've always been told never to re-use flywheel bolts if you remove the flywheel from the vehicle....best to get new bolts (only a few dollars for the additional level of safety). I've only ever done clutches on GM vehicles, and this seems like sound advise. Not sure if it applies to the deuce...

Check on GL for the IP...a few pop up there from time-to-time (typically in lots of two for some reason).
If the IP is leaking, see if it's repairable first...could save you some cash. Good IPs are expensive.

I just finished mounting mine...most of the original bolts/nuts were pretty rusted. Plan on spending about $200 in new hardware (all grade 8 stuff) to install it correctly (1/2" and 5/8" bolts, plus nuts and lock washers). Note also that there are a few 12" bolts that you will most likely have...
Man, I would take that and hock it at the next MVPA convention...I bet you could get some good money for that from the right person. Wow...52 years in a bag.

Just pull the rear driveshaft between the two rear axles. If that's your problem, you can either measure the height of all of your rear tires and try to better match them to different sides of each axle (there is a thread on this somewhere here), or get a rear...
If the TMs were in a place where they would be searchable by Google, it would be easier (a little) to find stuff in them. Currently most of our TMs are behind a form that cannot be directly downloaded, so google does not index the info therein.
