I can honestly say that I have never worked on a snow plow.
We actually have gotten snow flakes down here that hit the ground and disappear right away.
That is a weird belt -- the with of a serpentine -- but a v-groove set up.
Unless I'm looking at it wrong, never seen that before.

It looks like the rear end of that van left the ground as well, heavy damage on roof high up, bent foot hold on tailgate.

If your already aired up to 90 psi. cold, by the time you factor in heat transfer from the road you are way over 85 psi.
I never caught the rim stamping either.
