Correct, but that pump is not for your application steering gear, so it could be causing an issue I’m unaware of.

The 120 bar pump is for the Shepard steering gear…both of them whine regardless

That is the ground that should terminate on the fan motor, left side, it’s a fine thread 10/32 nut. The hot water valve fails in an open state, it only closes when AC is selected.

90-120psi, tapping on the fan clutch housing to break the clutch plates free… you can even loosen the 5/16 backing plate screws and do same till it breaks free. this is common on these auction trucks from sitting.

we are probably the first company to install fender condensers and interface the red dot evaporator on these AC equipped trucks. You don’t have any other options unless you just just go with some other aftermarket system, and AFAIC, that would be a mistake for 2 reasons, money and nothing else...
