    UORVA 250/300HP upgrade kits

I know from a well respected shop that they are in fact, when done right, a huge improvment. it’s not just the addition of the turbo, but also a larger exhaust, adjustable waste gate.

    Injection pump idle adjustment.

without going through every respons, I would never, ever install a pump someone took out, or a used pump unknown to me..ever, that’s an invitation to a waste of many hours and having to buy a new pump. now, have you removed the throttle cable and the idle changes? What happens if you force the...

Not sure what truck you have, cuz turbo in the military wasn’t till 2006…ECV’s. If it’s an OEM turbo, the temp should run 220 constant.

    Top speed

I’ve owned more H1’s and Hmmwv’s than a small Army, doing over 80mph in this brick is IMO, stupid. I’ve had Dmax equipped trucks as well, the issue is the overall design of the vehicle…I’ve never exceeded 70mph in my H1, even than it was like re-rentering earth’s atmosphere.

HMMWV Serpentine Belt Issue - 6.5L

What version of serpentine do you have? Post a pic… it doesn’t take much for jump off to occur…I’ve dealt with this numerous times with varying reason for it, but all obviously an alignment issue not visible to the naked eye. The one I fixed last week was the Generator/PS bracket was held on...

Did GEP 6.5 engines use gaskets for timing cover?
