put the transfer in N and see if you can turn the front driveshaft by hand. if you can then there is something wrong. either inside it or you have a busted hub/shaft/gear.
if you can't then you have a frozen TC actuator.
I would think about a rearch. no telling how old the springs are and you might gain a bit of lift out of it. I've been wanting to do it to mine for some time now but just havent

nope, I spent good money and time to have flanges made and Dr Foster disappeared. I made my own turbo that used a different compressor wheel only to find out that is was only slightly better than the Stock D turbo. all of it was for nothing.
