add 1si of boost to get that kind of cfm improvment. it's not going to help much. I have tried this on other motors. if it was a NA motor then I'd say yes it could help a lot. but with a boosted engine, porting will not help near as much. there are many other ways to get more power. you...

put it in the collector before the turbo. most need to be drilled and tapped. so be careful not to put any drilling shaving or debris into the exhaust.
will make little to no difference in mpg and will cause you to possibly get stuck in wet grass if your fwd isn't working. much easier to do lockout hub on the forward tandem if you have a deuce.
if you have a 5ton there is nothing besides a light foot that will help with mpg.
