You are talking about the hard lines right? Why not cut out the damaged area and use a piece of steel brake line with brass compression fittings to repair it enough to get it home?
If you got it and it was one of the early hummers auctioned before they stopped doing that, it would be an easy VIN search. BUT if it came from a parish that got one through GSA, they were supposed to turn it back in and it can't be sold. Whether you bought it or not, it CAN'T be legally sold.

The transmission is the same. Gassers had a different shift pattern(3052 vs 3053A). The transfer case is usually different, sprag vs air shift. Almost all A1's were updated with A2 parts even if the data plate still says A1.
The power bleeder will work, you'll just have to find used caps from a dealer or wrecked truck and put a "T" in the bleeder. Granted that would probably get pretty expensive though.
