I find the majority of the first gen trucks out there have wiring issues to the regulator. Without 24v to the regulator the alternator will not excite and make any voltage. Run a test wire from the 24v post left side of the breaker panel to the 24v regulator positive and see if your voltage...
I think the ecu is cheaper than the keypad. Water prob dripped down from the upper clearance lights and made its way in there. Rare for one to go bad though. I have a spare on hand.
If air is venting around the control knob shaft on the parking brake valve I would start by replacing that valve. You may get a slight puff when operating the control but air should never vent out from inside the valve body along the shaft. The TM has follow me flow charts for air leak issues...
AC lead is an output ignore it. No 24 volts at regulator input is bad wiring. Go from outside terminal (+) on fuel solenoid to red connection on regulator see if it makes voltage then. 12 volt regulation is derived from the regulator dividing the 24 volt reg lead.
Open the bolt head top forward back of ip 2 turns thats the bleeder. Pump primer pump 100 times. If it starts and dies repeat. You prob have a small hole in a line somewhere.
Just add a second tank somewhere. I have good used tanks with the pickups and senders it easy to make a switch (between 2 senders) and valve to switch tanks. If you want a smaller second tank one off a m931 tractor is not quite as wide.
Good idea to have a new air dryer filter kit. Its an easy swap it unscrews and a small tube comes up out. I remember a thread way back a guy was on a road trip and his filters were clogged he ended up stuck. And duct tape. Good to fix everything. Big bag of hose clamps. These trucks are always...
Tractor valve with a bad diaphragm can cause air to come out of odd places. I dont have much a1 experience though. What motor does it have? Early A1 has 3126. 3116 would be first gen.
There is a control on the hyd control that turns the air springs on and off. They are air leveling but they do a good job of absorbing most bumps. Bottom right knob push in and twist.

It's a non compliant vin. Some states dmvs have more trouble with it than others. I have found the states near me are ok with it. I have heard of confusion from other states.
I believe the mbu fuel feed hose style connector plugs into it. I will see if I have a pic to post. Its like an air fitting like an impact gun would have.
Does it leak when you are not stepping on the pedal? Service brake system really only gets air when the pedal is pressed. If its leaking out of the passenger side front gladhand that could be the pictured check valve. Or the tractor valve. This should probably be moved to the lmtv forum you...
Im not feeling spraying oil into the air system. There are several components with plastic diaphragm valves that are prone to cracking. I would take off the check valve behind the bumper that was previously pictured and clean that first.
