I just use a suicide jack (high lift) and some 6 ton jack stands from Tractor Supply that are tall enough to keep the wheels off the ground.
Only try to do one side at a time, not in the center, or you might find out why they are referred to as "suicide jacks"

part number 57K3529 matches the NSN listed above, instructions come in the kit to my understanding.
HummerPartsGuy has them in stock, on sale right now.

Doing it for any surplus vehicle on the assumption that it came with an off road only stamp on the SF-97 (which they have stopped doing because they aren't technically allowed to modify a government form to my understanding) is just stupid to me, not to mention that would automatically...
for my HMMWV wheels I like to roll them up a lawn mower ramp, as long as you are able to keep it upright and roll it uphill a little it isn't really all that much force needed.
Not all of them come with off road only SF-97s, and some states title them as regular vehicles no mater what the SF-97 said. At that point it's a valid, legal on road vehicle.
But a very good point for someone to think about when making their purchase.
I bought one of the 3 ton Nordic Air ECUs. 3 phase heating coils are good for just under 10kw. I disabled 3 of the 9 heating elements, pulls 115% load on my MEP-802A 5kw.
The ECUs tend to go for really cheap at auction because they are all 3 phase and had the refrigerant drained. (recharging...

I can't confirm, and the thread I found them in is 8 years...
Near full, depending on brake wear. The more the brakes are worn the lower it will be, and I don't know the lower limit, but as long as it's near the top you should be good.
And yes, Silicon Brake Fluid only (DOT5) unless you've completely flushed out the system and using DOT3 or 4 (which...
I have several trailer, so far haven't repacked any of the military ones, just my Dexter EZ Lube (which is a nice and easy job, just have to pop the covering off and pump grease through)
The only issue I see with repacking them is if you damage the seal when repacking the inner bearing. For...

Here is from a guy on Facebook that's been dedicating himself to getting state governments to follow the rules and license them.
Alabama is showing no legal reasons why they can't be...
Go back a page on Autozone's website and it will show you which one fits where. Doing a search by 1996 Hummer H1 then CV axle
Also, the "19060" is a starter.
the "16060n is the rear, so the other two are fronts.
58 driver front
59 passenger front
60 rear.

Read this thread, you'll find some part numbers that you can pick up locally for seals and a brake wheel cylinder kit.
I did a search for the cylinder part numbers from the TM, but couldn't find the cylinders...
Just got off the phone with Craig at Mac Motors.
Turns out someone's been shipping them brackets under the wrong part number, all the brackets they have are for the right hand side. They had received these under the wrong part number from a different distributor who apparently mislabeled them...
Sent Mac Motors an email, they replied back that they will go check stock and if they have it they will get it shipped to me by Friday.
Honest mistake, looks like they're going to make it right, so good company to do business with.
it's interesting, but other than the PDF you linked it's not showing up on their website or google. There is another PGF for a swing away version for the airlift bumper, but also no other info anywhere.
pulled it out, found a barely legible part number stamped into it. Quick search of 4108852 crosses to 6015673, which is labeled as the RH bracket in the TM.
