    M200 dolly conversion

    if you can get the brakes working on the M200 it will help a lot in getting the rig to stop. I used my M197 dolly last week to move a 28' and the brakes on it sure were nice to have.

    they are supposed to all have regular jump seats on the pass side but my 818 came with a spring seat on the pass side. I like it much better bc your only ever going to have 1 person over there and you have lots more room with a std drivers seat on the pass side.

    you dont know how to properly fix diagnose a deuce but you are going to drive it 900 + miles? I think there is another topic on this right now.... have you checked the brake fluid and all other fluids?

    get the vin verification form from the tag office and you can have any trooper or county officer look at the truck and sign said form. take that and bill of sale back to tag office and your golden.

    it's in the TM's. it is a complicated swap. it's adding a lot of parts and pipes. I'm sure with enough time it can be done and not very much more $ other than a new master and airpack. I prefer a total stock retrofit. thats why my swap is taking longer.

    pressure test the heads and block for cracks. try and find some newer 6.5 heads if you can.
