this is exactly what I did too (first time around) and until I handed them the title from the previous owner I was fine. when they tried to get the title changed into my name is when the problem started.

RE: Awesome! you said you pulled the emergency stop cable but didn't mention resetting it. did you? my guess would be a stuck thermostat, pull and inspect. it takes a really long time for mine to warm up if your just idling. maybe 30min.

RE: in tank fuel pump failure it's a pretty common problem. I posted some time ago with the same issue. when you put it back together you can either use screws to hold it together or do I and others have done and safety wire it in place so it cant fall off again.

RE: Wheel Stud length for 5 ton with 1600 something about 1/2 longer than what you have will work. I used the stock ones on my hemmet rims and I didnt have a problem with it. some ppl do I didnt mind.
