Wheelspinner is correct. My solution is to not add another mechanical item to break or maintain and further clutter the engine compartment. Let's add more expensive cabling for an extra battery, another belt and alternator.

Put it across both batteries and add a fuse on the positive side AT the battery. Done. Simple and inexpensive.
Most of what you want cleaned looks to be inside the engine compartment unless you just want to get under it.
I don't think I would use a pressure washer unless it had a wide spray nozzle to keep from cutting into things. Spray degreaser on it first and let it sit a little while.
That radiator looks like it has been in for a while to rust that bad. It is the bottom bracket and not part of the core. Wire brush and paint it with Rustoleum or a rust paint of your choice.
Clean your IP and then look for the leak source. Very hard to find a leak when it is that dirty.
I've had two of the KAT magnetic block heaters melt down and one smoked so bad you could see the traces going up the side of the oil pan.
