Don't bother with Veritread...I have used UShip and it cost me 500.00 from barstow to Norcal.
the guy did an excellent job. i just don't know what his ability is to recover a dead truck.
his name is Bill B&C transport 530-277-three four four two
Those are all over Epay...also, what's the question on termination? One end goes to the large pos stud on the gen, the other goes to the pos stud in the battery compartment. On an M11XX series teuck, they have a 6 stud positive strip that the pos from the gen would land on...the 2nd stud to be...
25 yrs driving hummer and hmmwv's in the San Fran Bay Area...one of the most liberal areas in the union...never had an issue. But I rarely leave my trucks unattended in dark areas or areas I think would be a bad idea.
not to mention...unless you know the gas cap, no one knows how to get them...
It's not NOS...I'm finding the cheap ones are Chinese mfg..or someone else. I could be wrong, wait till you get it..they won't have the MS number on them...they are bare of any mfg markings.
The hummer and HMMWV Body are one in the same, as well as the plastic fuel filler neck area...no reason the Locking cover won't work.
Also, I seriously doubt someone is walking around with a sawzall to cut you fuel filler neck to get fuel from your hmmwv.
agreed, but remember, if you have a dual voltage alternator wired correctly, it's not a problem on the new mil trucks.
that 14v tap is going to one of the batteries, in the case of the hmmwv, it's the rear battery.
i cell phone charger or small items are no big draw...subwoofer and amps are a...
Thank you, I see Napa sells that same kit...on the flip side, I bought an entirely new TPV off epay for 45.00 last night.
Will advise if it fixes...but it's same issue you had.
It's done all the time, as well as 200amp upgrades. The 60amp was discontinued and the 100 for awhile was the replacement, now it's the 200 amp...thats what the MWO was for.
I see there are 3 chambers...I assuming they are all the same size...I will repalce them all, quite simple and can be done wile protection valve is still on the truck, mine fell to pieces when I removed it.
The only thing made is what you see on GMV's. They did not make any form of troop seat for a 4 man set up....if it's out there, it's been mfg'd at the unit level, OMS etc...but no NSN's.
Yes, brand new...when I put the truck into "D" the speedo will peg and settle back to 0. It's just all over the place....as well as some hard and late shifts. Need to drive it some more.....
