M1078 electrical issue
If the trans controller is not powered, cranking is inhibited. I would send the controller to transmissioninstruments.com for evaluation and repair if needed. Check the connectors on the unit for looseness when you pull it. -
Help ID this trailer
That started life as a pickup truck bed on a M715 cargo truck, 1967-68. The tailgate is worth a small fortune and is in high demand. -
Considering an M211 purchase
The problem is caused by the reduction cone clutch sticking. If you don't use low range, the cone should not get stuck. The "acts like park" is the high and low range applying at the same time due to the stuck clutch.- NDT

Air Gauge Troubleshooting Help
Sounds like a 100% electrical issue with the gauges, the sending units, or most likely, disconnected wires between the two. -
Seized Fan clutch
Toss all of it in scrap. If your pump is no good, and neither is the clutch, all you would gain are the fasteners. -

Buy the nicest unit you can afford from GP. That is where all the flippers are getting units from. Most assuredly your sweat equity is cheaper than the "builders". And you won't end up with a "lacquer overhaul". -
