    Pressure Protective Valve "PPV"

After getting the new M931A2 and having a lousy 30.00 part cause so many issues...I took apart the old one, here are the pics. If they had used a stainless steel needle it may have prevented the unit from not working. this truck had only 4 hrs on it, everything new...this is what not draining...

    M923 starter would not disengage.

As you stated, put a keyed cutoff switch on the ground side of the batteries...I do this on all my MV's I keep....this way when I Work on them I just turn the battery discconnect and I'm good....plus It's great for long term storage and security.

I still say if, if the hub had leaked, you would have Gear oil all over the inside if the, plus, even if the spindle seal was toast, there would still be Gear oil in the lower sump of the Hub. I rebuild these hubs weekly and customer come in with this seal quite trashed, usually due to the...

Great, now what did I do? (w/pictures)

Im looking at the Pic again....that Nut has backed off considerably, and had there once been GO in the HUB, you would see some remants...that is BONE dry. You may need to actually cut that spindle nut off with a Cutting wheel...I dont see a Star washer on it. Oh, and you might ask, how would...

Great, now what did I do? (w/pictures)

I can't tell from the pic, but I would make sure your guy used new multi star washer and spindle nuts...even with no oil, that spindle and bearings are monsters, but it clearly looks like some forgot to add fluid, if you had a leak...you would have known it, you would have 80/90 GO slung all...

    M932a2. Air dryer blowing air

Same here, maybe 60 psi after a couple hours..I've had several 939's and none of them have ever held for extended periods. I don't really care though, it does not take long for the truck to air up.

Ok....that is why when even though I have 150 psi, I get no horn or wipers...cuz the valve is stuck and the governor don't know that....so it won't stop airing up....hmmmm, seems that this cheap part can cause alot of issues. Where is the governor?,I cannot find it in my printouts...I see...

    New m932A2

Now, back to my problem...sounds like you have had this problem superman, but help me understand... compressor airs up the prime and secondary tank, passes air to wet tank, that tank should only get 65psi before valve blows off....do,I have this right? so why do the prime and sec tank go over...

    New m932A2

I took it apart....no spring. The 24p shows no spring either. It wasn't dirty, applied some silicon the the orings and it seems to have stopped.looks from the pic that the filter element presses down on top of the upside down plunger, the small shaft has a small nipple on the end that passes...

    New m932A2

What's leaking is under the dash is the water separator at the bottom outlet, is there supposed to be a capon it, there looks to be a threaded cab that goes on the end that is missing.

    New m932A2

Well, I will get it replaced....do I have a possible governor problem, I mean, the tank airing up to 150’ should the governor not stop them at 120psi or so? and now...just in the past few minutes...the CTIS,assy in the cab is just leaking air while truck is off....

    New m932A2

In the quick ref parts cross reference, I found NAPA part number MBI KN31000, while it looks a bit different, I assume this will work. The specs are it opens at 65psi, closes at 45psi.....I think the one pictured is adjustable? I know the one on the truck now looks just like the one Superman...
