A new set of batteries that are fully charged will probably set for many months and still start the truck. Mine do. My guess is that you left the battery switch on.

Today was the first day I got a pic to upload. I haven't needed it so it was no big deal.
You can use the drag and drop OR the add files and select from you computer OR both.

Here are the steps I used in screen snippets:
If I had the money I would start with a M927 and then take the bed off and put the shorter bed on it. That would give you room for the knuckle boom. Put a dump kit on it and go.
