Pin H on the light switch connector is wire 21A which branches to the rear to feed 21C, 21E 489A and 489B at the lights. Pin H goes forward as wire 491A to feed the hood harness. Sounds like since all the lights are faulty, the problem is very near pin H on...
There is a thread here that discusses an electrical connection in the heater that is faulty and can actually catch fire.
Found one thread, think there is another:

I think something looks wrong on that xray. Maybe get new Steelsoldiers member TOBASH to look at it, he fixes things like that. Hope it heals up. You and gravity, not friends . . .
What really smells fishy here is, if this truck sold a year ago on GP, why does it have a bonded title? Those cost $600. Why didn't the dealer just process the GP paperwork? Unless of couse he never had any because???
OK, point taken. The title is now in your name. The previous owner cannot take the title in your name and correct it at the tax office. So it's on you, unless you transfer title back to him, have him fix it, and transfer back to you. Each time paying plenty of fees. So let's say you decide...
I don't have a dog.
Hey, you asked for opinions on what to do. I suggested let it go, take it to the supreme court, it's up to you to decide which way to go with your little issue.
If you figure out the brake locking issue please post the solution. The Arvin Meritor axles were a "one of" and no parts seem to be available. I have been asked by several agencies to assist with the brake locking issue on the II's and came up empty. I get the impression the II's had...
Too funny. Prestolite's qc testing missed that. No wonder Uncle sent the truck to DRMO: "thing won't start even with a new box!!" Actually, things sometimes happen in manufacturing. We shipped an entire shift of residential A/C units with no fan blade. Supposed to install later but the...
Try to find a 63B light wheeled mechanic near you. A typical ASE mechanic will have no clue. The glow plug system HAS to work, when it does the engine will crank up immediately. I don't think your issue will be simple to solve via this website, I could be wrong.
The T-138 transfer case cannot be split open for repair while mounted in the truck. It is VERY heavy so use a strong transmission jack so you do not have an accident. I would make 100% sure the shift linkage is moving the shift rod to the detent positions before I pulled that monster. Oh and...
Welcome, see page 16 and post 174 of this thread to help with ohming out the harness and solenoids:

Try this method. Turn on your aftermarket lights. Put one probe of your voltmeter on the 24 volt positive battery terminal. Place the other probe on the positive battery terminal of the other battery. Should read 12 volts, if not, the battery interconnect cable is faulty. Next, while...
