Did you get it running? May just need to bleed the air out. These generators are very finicky but once they run well, they're great. Not sure if it will help any, but I did a bunch of videos on fixing mine up completely.

I actually just got my myself one of those Ibis-Tek searchlights with the white HID & the IR lights as well. Controller & all. I haven't quite made up my mind how I want to mount it on the truck. Trying to get everything 100% on the truck before adding the "fun" stuff. :)

Well, I ordered 4 new tires & all the needed stuff to put them on. Should be fun! Fixed a few more minor things. Working on getting a crane mounted.

That makes sense since mine was running that the heat kept it from building up moisture.

I had let mine run in the rain overnight & didn't have that issue. Also had a return fuel line blow & it ran all night coated in diesel another time. Sounds like there is an actual short that is showing itself when it gets wet. Maybe a common area that shorts?

Got a bunch more stuff done to the truck! Got some air springs for a very good deal local. Got them installed. What a difference! Changed the oil/filters in the transmission. Definitely shifts much better. Rebuild the hydraulic unit. Had one minor snag with it but it's good now. Much better...

I'm sure you'll have better luck than me since I purchased from an eBay seller. Thanks for letting me know what it is. I guess I have a slight leak then. It seems to come & go to be honest. I'll keep an eye on it & see if it gets worse but at least I know now what it is!
