There are 10's of thousands of blazers out there. Your speculation is not needed, there has been soft tops for these trucks for a long time so we know that you will not die. That is why I called you chicken little, you are saying things are dangerous based on your faulty rear window. Jeeps...
Ignore chicken little, it doesn't have to be air tight but tighter is better for many reasons. I have been looking at adding rear hatch from a jeep or camper shell or older blazer

Naw Don you just like them, like some guys like redheads. When you get to ten or more it's a fetish, 20+ and it's an addiction. I am working on a 12 step program, I am down to less than 20 at my house and have closed the lot at the base so I can't easily just buy more, hope to be under 10 by the...
Almost looks as good as the m971 you just need the air ride kingpin, believe me it makes a huge difference in the ride of the truck and the trailer.

Also the mirror frame should be straight out from the side of the truck and the mirror then adjusted, not as you will see on many trucks the frame angled back as it will still hit the door.

Nice truck bed! But I will point out something, just behind Blue, Mos68x brother, on the 927/8 is a toolbox that isn't on the 934. And they can also tell you about crushing air lines and such that pass under the frame. These are great trucks that can be upgraded to handle almost anything but...
Yeah but do you really need a airplane propeller pulling air through your radiator? Or would 4 24v fans be more than enough? I know for a fact that running down the hwy that a proper operating cooling system on a stock 939A2 the fan isn't needed normally, so you are looking at a worst case...
I wasn't saying one big electrical fan, but 3-4 smaller ones that could be turned on by thermostat or A/C or even the ECM if it has that option.

If I were you I would return that high dollar accelerator pedal for a regular electronic one that you will be able to fix at a later date if need be.

These trucks are known to have a block full of mud like that. I personally think that they all should be cleaned out before putting them on the road, most have spent decades sitting and rusting from the inside out.

Okay well the 250 won't be NA for long and I don't want to jack the fuel pressure over 200 if I know it will kill the engine, but I am going to beat on the engine without mercy and I expect it to fail at some point.
Then the 290 formula will get modified and installed, hopefully to last a bit...
