12338316-2 are front or rear....On rear, they are stock for M996, 998, 1038, 1025, 1026, 1035, 1045, 1043, 1044, 1046, 1121.

I've tested the vic-3 on a bench power supply...and had a whine when only positive and negative were hooked up...then I grounded the main control box to the chassis ground wing nut on bench supply....no more whine.

You still need the Vic-3.

That 1114 roof is probably aromored steel .

92-93 Hummer H1 had batteries under seat...after that, they put them under hood.

Truck is a 1998, or 99. Barstow has a shop that makes Data plates...they put A2 after M1123....there is no such thing. An 11 series truck is an A2....but they don't put in on OEM plates.

I looked at a seco pic of one...its gloss black....normally OEM ones are flat black. They may re rebuilt.
