UPDATE on the liftgate project: I tested the liftgate today using extension cords and it works! Another project out of the way.

Based on the model number the side marker lights are not correct for correct replacement. I looked up the model number listed on Google and the pictures say wrong model.

Do not over-pressurize the fuel tank. 5 PSI or so will be enough. You may have to do it several times to see a leak.. It may only be a weep.

Ok I got some update on the liftgate pump project. The electric motor arrived Friday afternoon. Just as described! I tried to test it with my 20 amp outside line. It got the motor spinning but also tripped the circuit breaker. I guess when the data plate states 20 FLA they are dead on...

Maybe try wrapping the threads on the bottle with a few passes of electrical tape. Mine had the same issue.
