My 923 label on dash reads place transmission in neutral and place t case in neutral.
Once you move the lever into neutral you can tell.
I would have to look and see if it reads anything about speed don't remember.

OK here's the correction. Yes you bled tanks down but what we need to do is run it with cap off and see if there's bubbles coming up into tank.
I may be wrong but that's what I read.
Its that q2 valve when you hit brakes and that valve bad it will dump all the air into the vent stack.
There's what looks like a nylon ball in that valve that breaks and will not hold air when you hit brake pedal.
