You keep mentioning speed, but neglecting the fact that the 14.00's and 16.00's are only rated 55 MPH top speed! Where as the Goodyear G177 11.00 are rated 65 MPH top speed! So you can go almost 60 MPH with the 11.00's at about 2200 RPM. But you safe top speed with the bigger tires is only...

He can always mix the gasoline with the waste motor oil in the IBC on the Deuce. That way it might be ok to transport in an IBC.

Get more IBC containers and have some empty ones at home. Then just transfer the fuel from the IBC on the truck to the one at home. If you have time, filter it while transferring. This way one less step later.

You need to look at the one in the junk yard real good. Check if it has fluids and fuel. Might ever want to try and get it started if the owner will allow. Will probably need batteries. You can put some gasoline on a rag against the breather cap and see if she will try to fire up. If I were...
