    Dismounting Tires With HiLift Jack

That just seems like way too much work just to dismount a tire! I know a tire service guy that will come out with his service truck and do the tires right at my location. My SUPER SINGLES project on my M820 5 ton was about $300. That included mounting 6 14.00/20's on new Hemtt rims, removing...

    horn does not work

I just used a piece of #14 solid THHN wire and connected the original wire to it. Pulled it through and connected back to the plug on the bottom of the steering column. Stranded wire does not work, it is not stiff enough!

I have been looking at the major parts dealers as well as internet search with no luck finding a replacement front wire harness for my M52A2 restore project. I think any 5 ton multifuel truck wire harness will work. Does anyone have one of these in stock or know where I can get one? I can...

I replaced the frozen kill switch yesterday. It was a real pain! It was hard to reach the location in the dash to install the nut on the back of the switch to secure it to the dash. Then it was hard to get my arm by the power steering column to attach the end of the cable to the IP shut off...

    goldneagle's M52A2 restore thread

Not much progress on the truck so far. Been busy with other projects and will not commit to major work until I have title in hand. I did order a new kill switch assembly and new horn button rebuild kit from Saturn Surplus. I had removed the frozen cable from the truck and the cut off on the...

    goldneagle's WMO filter system.

I hope to start using it sometimes this week. I ordered the proper hose for connecting the pump unit to the rest of the system. The hose that I used in the pictures is soft as bubble gum and was there for photographing only. The hose I ordered is made with 20% Viton. I ordered it from...
