I think 16r20's are too large and you would loose a lot of power (ask timntrucks) 14r20's are a little smaller but will give a little better power all around. I had them on my M820A2 and they were great!
I got a very similar one that I bought 3 years ago. It does 75 gallons per minute. It's a fuel water separator with 4 filters inside. 1-1/2" input and output. I bought some quick connects in that size and 1-1/2" to 3/4" reducers for my system. i am waiting for my pump assembly to arrive...
No one mentioned anything about a TITLE!! $1500 without a title means good luck getting it on the road. Parting out is a way around the title issue.
